All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and you will receive a shipping confirmation email where available.


2. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout unless otherwise stated.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to recover the package.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
