Refunds & Returns Policy
1. At Calm Contour, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Calm Contour Sculpt Brush, you may request a refund within 90 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at calmcontour@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
The 90-day guarantee period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
